Hey Babe is a compassionate and gentle, fun-loving and light way to feel supported in your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Whether you are welcoming your first baby or your fourth, adding a new member to your family changes things. My goal is to help educate you and create a safe space so you feel supported and empowered in this journey. I want you to feel confident and really enjoy this magical transition in your life.
We were never meant to do all of this on our own. I honor you for exploring adding a doula to your birth team.
As of 10/15/23, I am fully up to date on all vaccinations, including the COVID-19 boosters and influenza.
