BIRTH DOULA SERVICES

Serving the Denver community

Pregnancy and birth are some of the most transformative times in a person’s life. You should feel confident in your abilities and with the right knowledge and support system, you will.

I am dedicated to supporting parents through a healthy and peaceful pregnancy, birth and postpartum period. At home or at the hospital, your body and your little babe know what to do during birth. You also have natural instincts that tell you how to care for your body and your baby once they arrive. I want you to be confident in the birth process and comfortable in your role as a parent, whatever that may look like to you.

I provide nonjudgmental support to families at home, in a hospital, medicated or unmedicated. What support for you and your family looks like truly depends on your needs and wishes. Whether you need more resources and evidence-based information to ease any fears during pregnancy, a voice to champion your birth plan or emotional and physical support as you welcome your babe into the world and then into your home, my approach is flexible to your needs.
